Terms of service
Once your online order has been submitted, you will be notified via email to confirm your order has been received. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 6 hours, please contact us via webshop@pinghe.art

Privacy Policy
When you place an order on www.pinghe.art, you have to fill in some personal data for us to be able to send you your products and/or subscribe you to our newsletter. We need your data to complete the order. Your data will only be used for this purpose.

Shipping Policy
We ship your orders via PostNL. When orders are ready to ship, and you have chosen the extra tracking feature, you will receive the tracking code. If, for any reason, you do not receive your order, please contact us and we will start an investigation together with PostNL. You can reach us via webshop@pinghe.art. Together we will look for a suitable solution. The shipping-costs will be added to the total amount at the checkout. Orders will mostly be sent within 2 days after ordering, but no later than 5 days. We remain the right to ship your order later in the case there is an issue or unforeseen situation with our printing company.

Christmas Delivery
The below is a list of Christmas dates with recommended 'ship before' dates. We highly recommend you order a couple of days before this deadline to ensure we can get things to you in time.

Right of Withdrawal for Consume

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after: * The day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together; or * The day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You may notify us by email or post using the contact details below:

Effects of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the direct cost of return shipping. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for: * The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (such as custom illustrations or commissioned artwork).

Warranty
Please check your order as soon as it’s been delivered. When your order is damaged or broken, please contact us by e-mail within 1 week and send a picture of the damage with your message. After we have received and reviewed your email, your order will be eligible for replacement at the cost of Ping He Art. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on www.pinghe.art. Once you have placed your order, you automatically also agree with these conditions.

All rights of the products, designs and illustrations bought via www.pinghe.art will remain the property of Ping He Art. Products of Ping He Art may under no circumstances be copied or used to produce a new product.
